Meetings and Retreats

Our facilities, hospitality, and great home cooking are perfect for your
 organization's meetings or retreats
.  We specialize in catering to non-profit organizations,
 and community and congregational groups.

2008 Usage Fees

  

Facility fee for day usage   (This fee is waved when entire group stays overnight.)

$35 for a half day (4 hours or less)
$65 for a full day (over 4 hours)

 Kitchen Use: $1 per person, per meal ($25 min. to $100 max. per day)

Snacks

$1 per person for one snack
$.50 per person for each additional snack that day

Meals (Please note that meals are billed based on numbers given one week prior to event contracted.)

Breakfast          $5.50 per person
Dinner              $6.50 per person
Supper             $7.50 per person

 

Lodging Fees--(Note: Lodging is billed based on actual use.)—Children 6 and under are half price for lodging & meals.

Non-profit Rate  - $23 per person for a double room--($22 in Shed)
                            - $28 per person for a single room--($27 in Shed)

Regular Rate    - $28 per person for a double room--($27 in Shed)
                        - $33 per person for a single room--($32 in Shed)

Family Rate            First night   - $28 per person for a double room--($27 in Shed)
(Blended Rate)                             - $33 per person for a single room--($32 in Shed)

                   Additional nights    - $23 per person for a double room--($22 in Shed)
                                                          - $28 per person for a single room--($27 in Shed)

 

Tent Sites: $15.00 per site/per night
